Lodden cateye glasses in cream from the William Morris Gallery Collection is a delicate shape with acetate surrounding two thirds of the lens and a double brow in light gold metal. Both the inside and outside of the temples carry the Lodden design. A very sophisticated and glamorous frame with matching magnetic folding case and cloth which complete the package.
Lodden (1884) was designed by the world-renowned artist, William Morris (1834-1896) and was originally produced as a block printed fabric, then a wallpaper and then a rug.
A generous donation is made to the William Morris Gallery for every item sold to preserve the collection and for art education, so you can do some good while treating yourself to these lovely frames!
