We can ship to most countries worldwide and our shipping prices are shown below and include all packing and postage costs.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your purchase, but sometimes this is just not possible. Custom lens orders can take up to 15 additional working days, but are usually ready for shipment 7-10 working days from your order.
Dispatches are made twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of shipping notification, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Royal Mail International Track and Sign
All international items are shipped this way and the charge is £12.00.
If your parcel has not arrived within 12 days of shipping notification, please contact us and we can provide tracking details.
If you wish to have your glasses shipped by Express delivery, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
We will do our best to get your glasses to you as quickly as possible, however if your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the date of your order as per the 13 June 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will replace the lost frames.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original polyslip bags together with the glasses case. The cost of returning your order is borne by you, the purchaser.

Please contact us by email at once if you are sending us any returns to us so that we know to expect the package. However, only when we receive the glasses back in good condition can we make the refund to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your paypal account, credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if the are defective or damaged on receipt. Please let us know at once.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, if you return the item to us, we will of course send the refund to the gift giver.
A stated above, both local and international return shipping costs are at your expense. Please note that customs declarations must be filled out appropriately. Please mark the parcel as 'returning goods no commercial value' on Customs Declaration, as Retro Peepers will not pay any import duties for goods returned from outside the UK
