RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
* Please note that bespoke special orders including prescription lenses, cannot be refunded or exchanged*
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original polyslip bags together with the glasses case. The cost of returning your order is borne by you, the purchaser.
Please contact us by email at once if you are sending us any returns to us so that we know to expect the package. However, only when we receive the glasses back in good condition can we make the refund to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your paypal account, credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if the are defective or damaged on receipt. Please let us know at once.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, if you return the item to us, we will of course send the refund to the gift giver.
A stated above, both local and international return shipping costs are at your expense. Please note that customs declarations must be filled out appropriately. Please mark the parcel as 'returning goods no commercial value' on Customs Declaration, as Retropeepers will not pay any import duties for goods returned from outside the UK
