Lodden round shaped glasses in pale blue from the William Morris Gallery Collection is a deep-lensed, shiny gold metal frame with uplifted brow accents that provide a double layer of blue crystal acetate to emphasise the eyes and frame them as they should be. The inside of the temples subtly show the Lodden design and the outside reflects the crystal blue colour. A matching magnetic folding case and cloth complete the package.
Lodden (1884) was designed by the world-renowned artist, William Morris (1834-1896) and was originally produced as a block printed fabric, then a wallpaper and then a rug.
