Corncockle in Rose from the William Morris Gallery Collection, is a very glamorous and feminine frame. The acetate crystal pink trim surrounds two thirds of the eye and the temples carry the Corncockle design subtly inside and the beautiful rose colour on the outside. About the design Corncockle (1883): this intricate pattern has a main repeat of British garden flowers and is from a design by the world-renowned artist, William Morris (1834-1896).
